Etron 84cm (H3498) problem

Hi all.
The picture on my Etrom 84cm Tv is slightly to big(vertically)
Watching the England vs Australia(Pro 20) last night I could not see
the score at the bottom of the screen properly.
I need to get into the service mode to adjust the vertical height
slightly.
Anyone know how to get into this mode?

Has this TV always displayed overscan ?
If not the TV is developing a Fault and needs to be repaired.

Hi there.
The TV is only a few months old. The picture has been like this from
the start.It's not a big problem , you only notice it when something is
right at the bottom of the screen. I can take it back to be replaced /
repaired , but it is big , bloody heavy and won't fit into my car. To
get it back to the shop is a pain , so I thaught it would be easier if
I can get into the service menu and adjust that myself. In the past I'd
just open the back and manually adjust the vertical height , but if I
can avoid that I'd like to. Anyway I'm not sure these new tv's can be
adjusted with a pot anymore , all digital!!
Just need to know how to get into the service menu. Any ideas?
