Effects of gaps in inductors and transformers

You're right: he doesn't know anything about magnetics, either.

I know when to gap and when not to. Something you obviously know
NOTHING about, lard ass.

How much did you pay that belly dancer to rub her sweat all over
you?

Since you obviously don't know the effect of adding a gap on primary
ampere-turns (you guessed wrong) or on flux density (you refused that
one), what is your criterion for specifying an air gap?

Cursing is no substitute for understanding magnetics.

I think the moniker "MassiveProng" must be short-hand for
crowbar-up-ass ;-)

Aside...

A bunch of us went out on the town after a business meeting at MCE,
back when they had a location in West Palm Beach.

We went to a strip joint.

One of the engineers was very young... read virgin ;-)

I offered a dancer $20 if she could make the kid sweat.

She did ;-)

He needs something to brag about, and it sure ain't his intellect or
his manners.

It's hard to find a strip joint with decent food.

Gosh, I didn't know they still made virgins.

I hope you didn't damage his psyche. Or anything else.

This was one-on-one... she plunged his face into her cleavage while
she shimmied mightily ;-)

After you, sir.

I filtered that dork after seeing about two of his posts. But
you trollfeeders keep inflicting his crap on me.

I guess I'll need a trollfeeder filter.

Good Luck!

Since I filtered that dork after seeing about two of his posts, it's
already "after me".

I guess I'll need a trollfeeder filter.

And I've been doing my best not to be a trollfeederfeeder.

Or, maybe you consider yourself a "Troll-Baiter". Are you an
apprentice baiter, a journeyman baiter, or have you reached
Master?

Cheers!

Then you would die in a recursive filter black hole, because you are
not only a feeder, but you are also a troll, dipshit.

Pathetic... immature... and this dipshit goes around Usenet calling
others "troll".

QED would have involved less typing ;)

PS look at his latest post on leakage inductance. But dont do it whilst
drinking anything :)
