Control Lin bus of motorcycle

Hello everyone!
I need rebuild design circuit board of handlebar switch BMW R NineT 2017, and coding program for new circuit board receive code LIN bus from ECM CAN bus.
Any solutions with it?

Buy a replacement board.

Without extensively analyzing an existing board this is an almost impossible task. You need to know not only how to build the hardware but also how to handle the bus protocols.
