compatible IC for Holtek HT7713B

I am looking for a compatible IC for a Holtek HT7713B. Seems like
Siemens made SLB0586/0587 ICs, but are these the compatible ones ?

Does anyone know where I can find a data sheet for the HT7713B? I
found one for the HT7700 type.
