Bogen multicom 2000

I have seen this problem on alot of bogen intercom systems.

1. School bell rings
2. Random rooms call in


What is the problem?
How do I fix this issue?

If the school bell has a solenoid and contacts that spark then the sparks cause interference that affects the Bogen intercom. Use a modern electronic bell instead of an old mechanical bell.

No, all the bells and the relays that cause the bell to ring are internally.

Can anyone help me with bogen multicom 2000, I keep getting line 53 off hook when I do a diagnostic? Can anyone tell me what this means and how to troubleshoot
