bogen multicom 2000

im trying to get 26 class rooms that cannot hear the fire alarm through the mc2000 unit .
im sure this is a programming issue , but bogen will not let me use tech support . anybody got any advice ?

I would suggest that there are public liability issues here that would best be resolved by getting this done professionally.

yea i understand your concern . i am a fire alarm professional and the alarm does work in the hall way and does have a strobe in the class room . they just want it to work in the intercom as well .
