Any help reading amplitude and frequency

Hi, Im doing an assignment for my college course and I have a little problem. I cant remember how to work out the amplitude and frequency of something (very stupid I know) its from the "555 ocillator 1" in crocodile technology

Can anyone give me a hand with the two pins frequency and amplitude?

Do you know what frequency is?
