any experience with KAC-9630 image sensor?

hi,
if any one got experience with using KODAK , KAC-9630 CMOS image sensor
i2c interface, please help me.
the problem i got is that the sensor does no acknowlege the data
transfer. im using inetrnal pullups for scl and sda with in the FPGA.

I responded to this on another group.

You are highly unlikely to get the I2C interface operating properly
with FPGA internal pullups. Add external pullups of 2.2k and try again.
