AC 12V normally is the RMS value.
The peak value of the AC is sqrt(2)*Vrms=16,9V.
During each half wave two diodes in the rectifier are active. Each diode drops ~0.6V. Therefore the peak output voltage is 16.9V-2*0.6V=15.7V.
The output voltage will drop while current is drained from the capacitor - at 10A rather fast.
