Yamaha MG16/4 mixing board

Trying to ID this part or find a schematic for this board. I guess it's part ICG06 on the board but burnt so bad I can't tell what the part number is., Yamaha MG16/4 mixing board.

I have the schematic for the MG16/6. It doesnt list that part but all the ICG parts are OP-AMPS

ICG06 appears on a block diagram as one of the 4 bus buffers using dual Op Amps

Thanks for the replies, this came from a church and they gave it to me to check, Im no tech by any means but have fixed a few things for them, I'm not sure what led to this failure. I gotta wonder what else might be damaged, I can't see anything else and I looked this board over 3 times before I saw this part so who knows. I'll see if I can find this part and replace it if it's not too expensive, I hate to spend much only to find out other parts are bad.

Anyone know if there is a radio shack equivalent for this part? I'm gonna try and replace it this weekend and I'll go through some of my scrap parts but as of now I haven't found one.

Ok I have another question before I get this part, is the e or d or m after the part number mean anything important? Like NJM4580D or NJM4580M. I don't know if that is like a revision or specifics on limits of the part or what?
