http://www.avxcorp.com/SpiApps/default.asp has some capacitor spice
models, but I don't know if they are what you need. You might want them
for your collection, anyway.

Be aware however, different manuf. may use a different mix of
materials to produce a capacitors with different temp vs capacitance
curves that still meet the X7R spec.
