Why there is many different size of capasitors

no

For example i have 2 radial capasitors and both these ratings: 16V 470uF 105C
but one of them is 17mm high and diameter of 10mm in diameter
and second one is 16mm high and dimeter of 8mm.

The size of capacitors are continually becoming physically smaller as the dielectrics improve in them.
Your question is probably in reference to different manufacturers capacitors.
There are applications where a manufacturer needs a short, fat capacitor to fit in the
chassis properly, or a tall, skinny capacitor to fit in some other physical application.
Electrically, they're the same. The physical differences are due to manufacturer spec-
ifications that they believe fit some industry need.

different manufacturers?
different years made?

different materials were cheaper at the time

There are tons of reasons this could be

that explanes it pretty much.
So there is no in a lifetime of these ?
