Because ARMBoot is a dead project. It has been put to rest a long,
long time ago when we merged the ARMBoot branch back into the PPCBoot
project, which then got renamed into "U-Boot" (UNiversal Bootloader).

So the short answer is: use U-Boot.

Use U-Boot instead (which includes support for the S3C44B0 processor).
