To my viewing, with this actually being a panel mount and its ARRAY of mounted circuit breakers, and their specific selection of trip amperage's.
It's definitely not looking or being marking / associated . . . . . as a military product.
What with the panel color and gold trim oval . . . . . . I think that this unit might feel right at home as being installed behind some small door as the MAIN power distribution point in a $100,000 (+?) mobile RV / travel motor home. This unit bought as being a critical . . .extra . . . .spare unit.
Also helpful, would have been the VOLTAGE ratings on those individual breakers OR their manufacturers I.D.'s.
NUMERICAL CLUES ? . . . . .
BUT . . . .the legible PARTIAL numbering on one circuit breaker , suggests of that circuit breakers date of manufacture as being the 39th week of 2008.
Using the serial number of this unit as being the very close, just later date of the 6th week of 2009 and the final spaced out numbering of 813 as this unit being the 813th unit of a suspicioned 1000 unit initial production line run.
