What information are you interested relating solar power and PVs?

Hello,

Photovoltaics and solar power convertes is my hobby, therefore I decided to
create a non-commertial website to promote the usage of solar energy, since
I believe that solar power is one of the most promising sources of renewable
energy.

Of course, there are plenty of websites about solar energy etc., however,
there are none, where all the information and everything else could be found
in one place.

Since I am in the middle of planning and drafting the future website, I
would really appreciate your ideas and wishes, what information you would
like to see? What are the problematic questions that you can not find the
answer on the net? What kind of issues related to solar power are badly
presented at other sources of information ?

There are a ton of such web sites already. Way too much repetition
IMO. If you want something unique to draw people to your site, then
here's my suggestion - provide a comprehensive database of appliance
energy consumption numbers. Make it so that people can submit their
KillaWatt readings, and read what other's appliances use. Every time a
system planning question comes up, folks would be publishing your URL.
Every vendor with an FAQ section would link to your site. You'd be
providing a truly useful service, and promoting appliances that use
the least energy.

I wanted to give You some examples from my sites,
but I did not find a very good example, only
examples with not enough information.

I run after several companies to make in depth documentations
about this. Until now no success.

What is the yield from different photovoltaic at different

I made some few comparsions, but I have not the possibility

My dream was to install 10 different photovoltaics on a big tracker
moving to different directions and comparing the yield of
each photovoltaic in each direction.

But between my dream and my realisation is a big difference.

To show it dramatic, I thought to write not only in kWh per year,

and the Toyota Prius+ using in electric only mode 15 kWh/100km

So for example my satellite receiver uses 9 W in standby and
has no power off switch. I have to pull the plug to avoid the standby
power.

9W * 8000 hours a year standby is 72 kWh.
What's 72 kWh? $10 on the electric bill
But this should be more impressive with

1200km electric Loremo
480km Toyota Prius+

Maybe You make something like this with different
US appliances?
