Wanted DS89C420-MCS UK

I require a few Dallas DS89C420-MCS Microcontrollers. I only want a few (2 or
3) to play with. Can anyone help me find a distributer that will supply me
with small quantities of this MCU in the UK.

Great, Just as I find a very fast 8051 with flash and 2 x comms they make it
obsolete.

I can still get a couple of 3870's, but they are not available in
any quantities.

Dallas was purchased by Maxim and they stated clearly that it will
be obsoleted. But maybe you have information that the president
of the company doesn't have access to?

Also DS89C420-MCS is not a valid number. It may never have been!
A search for this will always get the discontinued notice.

The DS89C420-MNL is available as samples. (PDIP) 64K flash.

If you want to play with one, get the DS89C450-MNL with 64K of
flash, the tools are all on the web site. Samples are available
(2) and the part is not being obsolete!
