Voltage reduction question?

I am working on a project that I want to use a battery pack that is 7,4v 1800mah to power a board for a ecig project that has the below specs what would you suggest to lower the voltage to a safe level to run the board.Basically I gutted a Handheld radio and building a ecig out of it but wanted to use the existing battery so this would be rechargable and have same look and feel as if it was still a real radio.....

I have no idea what an ecig is and specifically what was used from the radio ??

The plastic case of the radio was used just need voltage reduction suggestion from batter volts
