Voltage across LEDs in series

Hallo,

I have made a simple LED circuit with two leds in series and a resistor to limit the current. What would be the voltage at Anode of D2? 12V or 6-7V ? simulation shows 12V but actually I got 6-7V? what could be the reason?

The anode of D2 is connected directly to the battery and should therefore have exactly the same voltage as the battery. If it doesn't, then there must be a poor connection (high resistance) between the anode and battery.
For ordinary LEDs, 270Ω seems a rather low value.

12V assuming the measurement is taken with respect to the negative terminal of the battery.

If you were measuring with respect to the cathode of D1 then that voltage might be quite reasonable.
