Voice Activated Switch

Anybody know of or using voice activated switches. I saw that star trek thing from Smarthome that I could make work I suppose, but if there's something a tad more professional available, I'd be interested.

University Sound ACR-1A Audio Control Relay.

I use them as a mute switch on PA systems when I am using a periodic input
from a device that doesn't have a mute out.

Thanks but I didn't know what I wanted... I actually need voice recognition software
which involves one of Billy's computers so I'll be walking away from this one,
too busy to tinker
