Veritas 8 Compact

Hi,
Ok so my mum has a Veritas 8 Compact and she has put in her code on her way in but after puting code in she thinks she hit the reset button. now the alarm will not set.

I have no idea what a veritas 8 compact is, but I do know that posting the same request 3 times annoys moderators.

From your description I assume that it's either a makeup container with a lock and an alarm, or it's an alarm system.

More relevant information (not simple repetition) is the key to getting useful responses.
