Using Timer0 on a PIC16F877A

Hi All,

I'm trying to get the coding for a countdown timer using Timer0. i basically have to set up the correct code to get it to countdown from 20 minutes to 0. Now i know i'll have to use say 50ms and multiply it but anything past that, I'm stuck as with what coding to use.

All help will be greatly appreciated.
