I have bought a ring presenter from Genius, but I lost the pico/nano receiver. I tried to contact the support, but they do not sell the receiver as a spare part. So before giving up, I was trying to find out if it was possible to use any other receivers or to sync the device some how.

Most likely not... I have not yet seen one that is cross compatible or generic
