Update Audio

Hi,

I'm a totally newbie.
I have a NO button on my desk at work that i want to update as a bit of a gag. (https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/is-gift-the-no-button-isnobutton)

I would like to change the audio on the board does anyone have any suggestions. (see attached)
I could go down the road of starting fresh with a arduino.

Is there a device number on the 8-pin chip? If so, you could get the datasheet for the device and see if it is reprogrammable.
Alternatively there are loads of small speech-recording modules (MP3) on the internet that could be used to record 'anything' and playback at the press of the button. Not sure you'd be able to make it a randomised playback (different messages) using such modules though.
