Unknown electronic part that I found

So I was walking with my friends when a car passed by and a bulky electronic part fell out. One of my friends ran in the street and grabbed it. Like a bunch of idiots they threw it around and dent it a bit. I tried looking it up by searching the codes that were on it on Google but I couldn't find a specific part. Processors and motherboards popped up but I couldn't find a brand or anything.

I was hoping if anyone on this website could possibly identify what it is and how much it costs.

Unfortunately not a very crisp image: partly unsharp, partly overexposed. Please read this info on good pictures from boards.

Any manufacturer ID on this part?
