for a home project I'm looking for ultrasonic speakers (tweeters) with a
frequency range of more than 30 KHz with a power of about 100W.
Where can I buy them?

One assumes you don't care about high fidelity.

Ultrasonic cleaners use barium titanate transducers in that power
range. Sonar transducers are another possibility.

The folks that make bird and rodent chasing electronics use piezo
transducers.
