UK Simple circuit, can anyone make it for me?

Yeah Ive breadboarded everything except using batteries to power it. Infact Im really pleased with the results of everything, I just didnt know that I had to think about anything interms of the batteries, except voltas and mAH. Scuze my ignorance.

So just to understand, Can be done with (a resonable amount of ) coin batteries - and no regulator?
Lets assume for a minute that the power supply isnt a problem, please can you comment on the rest of the circuit?

Deep fry an entire turkey!? no? surely you have to break it down into its bits and bobs?

The voltage and mAH are both issues in this design as well...

Sure, but I would personally avoid coin cells at the end of the day AAA batteries will be far superior in most cases... Ans sure you can skip the regulator, but there are pros and cons of doing that...

It looks like it was autorouted, and although autorouting has come a long way it's still horribly sloppy... You have one trace off the board and one trace that runs right though a through hole... Capacitors for the crystal should be tighter (closer) to the crystal, same with any decoupling capacitor for the micro that I don't immediately see they should be as close to the micro + and - pins as possible...

Beyond that I have no idea on the functionality of the circuit as a whole and I did not verify connections, but if one is missing or wrong it will spell disaster...

Yes, an entire turkey in one shot... Hit, up Youtube if you are curious, lots of precautions necessary but it's safe if you are smart... And at 3 minutes a pound cook time there is no long all day wait...
