so i have this 600 watt hps ballast and it was working fine until recently 
now when you turn it on the fans make this really horrible noise for about 20 minutes then the ballasts red light starts to blink and the light bulb goes out. so i reset the ballast and it makes that horrible werring noise for about 20 minutes but then finally stops werring and the green light comes on saying everything is running normally and the light stays on. but everytime i turn it off i have to go through this and im worried about it getting worse if i dont fix the problem. does anyone have any idea what might be causing this and how i would go about fixing it. thaks in advance ,Klauts
