Treadmill control board problem (no power)

Hello, first of all sorry for spelling mistakes.

I have Klarfit treadmill, which are with Bluetooth module. First of all it's not working and beeping, when unconnect Bluetooth module it's starts working, but appears smells of burn, and after turning if off that's board doesn't not turning on, (lights also not working).



I try changing mosfet (40n60npfd), but not helped. To mosfet comes 200-300v, but no out voltages. On one ic are 20v and - 20v how that can be?
Are 1 transformer which only connected to dc voltages (that can be??)

Voltage to relay are about 0.2v (same sh..t and with transistors input)

Maybe have some minds?

Try finding the schem diagram

The most common ones are the MC-60 MC2100 series, any other, you may have to do some reverse-engineering to come to a solution.
Do testing with motor disconected, also try lamp in place of the motor, to see if it is related to the motor or loading.
