Agreed

a discrete transistor divider over 100 MHz isn't impossible but it is much more difficult
you should really consider a pre-scaler IC

please tell us what the signal source is that you want to divide the freq of

Colin, can give me a regenerative divider circuit which can divide 500MHZ by 2, because prescaler ic is not easy available in india
