Toroid

I have purchased a mild steel ring and I wish to make it into a toroid. I have machined a radial air gap of 3mm into it. The average length of its path is 300mm with a cross sectional asda of 4cm squared... I need a flux of 0.48mWb but I'm struggling to calculate the magnetomotive force... (its been a long time since I've done this)

Any help will be appreciated

Ive managed to work it out.... turns out I had to use the BH curve graph to calculate strength first and then I was able to calculate the Magnetomotive Force
