Toggle between 2 LEDs on separate circuits in the same circuit?

I only have 4 plugs to work with going into the switch.

I need:

- Red LED to light when high speed is on
- Red and green (to make orange) when low speed is on.
- Blue to be on when the fan is not on at all

I'm open to suggestions.

I will also point out that it works without the delays and the resistors.

I changed the layout to have the relays in parallel to the fan relays, and that helped.

The fans will turn on with no LED and resistor attached.
The fans will turn on with the LED but no resistor, but too much for the LED and burns out.
The fans will not turn on with the LED and 1000 ohm resistor, but the LED will light up with normal intensity..

I tried putting the LEDs in parallel with their resistors, but they would not light up. Fans did turn on, though.

Also tried having a separate ground for the LEDs, but still didn't work.

Anyone?
