Titanic sound sound generator

i am currently building the minicraft 1/350 Titanic model and I want to add sounds or a sound of a ships horn to the display. I am already making it a lighted display with yellow flickering leds and thought the added sound or sounds would be cool can any one help me on how to do this, I am new to electronics but willing to learn.

This sound recorded onto a sound chip and then a SS amp and the largest speaker that the internals can accommodate . . . . . . . .or that you will settle on . . . . for on its bass response.

I am not sure how to do this can someone explain or direct me to a kit that I can build to add to the model?
