thrulby pl310 voltage display ofl and current meter not working

hi

Am having issues with my voltmeter showing ofl regardless of the output voltage.
Also the current meter either displays 0 or ofl.

However when I shorted the output using my multimeter, I could see it was current limiting and has a voltage.

Does this mean the add3701's are both dead?

I have the brown unit. Its the original thurlby psu.
