What does the server have to do with accessing ones car? Does that mean you need cell phone service to access your car. Does Tesla know every time you do?
Its interesting that if you are reading a book on a Kindle reader and you go to the same book on the Kindle for PC you get a message asking you if you wish to sync with where you left off on the reader. Big brother (Amazon.com) is watching!
