Temp sensor and PWM for 12v fan-2 wire or 4 wire?

I feel like the error has to be something im doing wrong.
All 4 switches have a working LED. I hear the relay click when i adjust the temp up and down.
But for some reason the output doesnt seem to work.

A voltage measurement would be between K0 and ground or K1 and ground, not between K0 and K1.

Similarly your powered load (fans or LEDs, etc) is connected to K0 and ground.

Ok cool thats what i thought you were saying yesterday. K0 and K1 never get hot when the meter is grounded to the 12v input ground.

Also the center pin is never hot and you were saying it should always show 12v.

Thanks again for the help and teaching me how it works. With these pics is it safe to say something is broken inside the relay? Even though i hear all 4 of the click?

I am in disbelief that all 4 are broken, but if you have tested them appropriately then that seems to be the case.

I would take a day off, think about something else for a while then come back at this with a fresh mind starting over.
