Teac ct-m5122h fault

I am Currently working on teac model ct-m5122h but this one is giving
me some trouble, this is the first one of this type I have seen.
the 2 faults i have now are the audio dips in volume from time to time
and Horizontal shift to the left of the screen. you can see a thin
black line on the right hand side.
I have replaced all the caps in the p/s on both sides B+ is stable
with very little ripple.
If anyone can help me out with any advice or a schematic and service
menu codes or procedures it would be greatly appreciated.

No the shift is there all the time and the sound seems to dip at any
time I have looked at most of the power supply rails with the cro but
have not been able to find any thing that stands out.
I also tried high country to get a manual but they didn't have one.
