T flip-flop using opamps

Is it easy/possible to construct a Toggle flip-flop from either 3 op-amps or
3 comparators? I can't think of a way to do this, but it would sure make my
life easier...

You can actually do it with just one op-amp. First, get a good one that
has the manufacturer's name and part number on the top. Then clip off
all the leads and place it on the desk. To toggle, just pick it up and
turn it over. It will flip to the opposite state and remain there until
you toggle it again. If it gets stuck in a meta-stable state, just knock
the desk with your knee.

Exercise: make a ripple counter with 2 op-amps and your little brother.

To do as you want, but without any kind of "memory" structures (the
caps and diodes), requires a master-slave approach.

I'm looking to replace an underused counter due to power/space
considerations.

I'm guessing that I can do it with two by using some ideas from your T
flipflop schematic. Cross wire the opamps as inverters, and then use some
kind of diode/cap circuit to flip it on pulses.

Exactly what I was looking for.
