Spice Model for diode BAR43

I'm looking for a SPICE model for diode bar43. I only found an old thread on that topic in the forum archives pointing to an outdated hyperlink at STmicroelectronics. Could ayone provide me with a valid link or anything to get the model?

Here is a reference for a do-it-yourself model of this Schottky diode. Get the parameters from a datasheet or make an educated guess.
