speed control of induction motor through voice command ckt

i want to make speed control of induction motor through voice command ckt.inthis we are using DClink converter. DC link converter need firing ckt. This firing ckt can be connected through voice command ckt. when i give 1500 rpm to microphone it can automatically converted to frequency
1500=w
2*3.14*f=1500
likewise f conveted and voltage automatically converted.For that i need avoice command ckt.
