Looking for an owners manual for Sony tc558 tape deck. Not a service manual. Those are everywhere. A copy would be fine.

Yes, they seem to be very hard to find on the super highway!.
Normally, it’s the opposite. User manuals are everywhere but the service manual is gold.
Is there a specific problem you’re having? Like loading the reels?.
‘Hifi engine dot com’ have links to YouTube videos for that.
Failing that, the service manual might have operation instructions from a service point of view.
