Solar Charging System Specs Inquiry

I am experimenting on my solar panels with the ratings below attached,

I have (2) 15Watts Panel and
(2) 100Watts Panel

all four are of the same brand.

1. However, I do not know what Voltage and Current are being meant by google in such statement below;

As long as the voltage and amps on the modules are the same you can group them or pair them. In parallel the amps add and in series the volts add.

for the similar voltage thing, Is this particular quotation referring to the Vmp or the Voc?
for the similar current thing, Is this particular quotation referring to the Imp or the Isc?

2. I have here a 30amp MPPT Solar Charger. Is this going to be suitable for use if I connect all of the 4 Panels in Series?And in Parallel also?

Since you do not know the current capability of the panels, here's what you do.

Get a car globe such as an inside light globe or a tail light with a wattage of 6 watts to 12watts and connect it the 15watt panel and gradually turn the panel into the sun.
Measure the voltage.
Do the same with the 100watt panel with a headlight globe.
