Seek OVP OCP OTP safety protection reference circuits

I am designing 24V high frequency converter circuit to drive 100watts of
CCFL lamps.
Can you tell me where to find Over Voltage Protection OVP, Over Current
Protection OCP, and Over Temperature Protection OTP safety protection
circuits. Are there IC chips available for there functions?
