There was a mention of this program in the archived USENET postings of this forum, but not a regular post for it (that I saw) so here is a regular post for it... 
Today on my ever wandering Internet strolls I can across this program, I have only played with it for a few hours but damn, it's a pretty clean and easy way to whip up some nice looking schematics on any computer for free... It's also pretty simple and quick to learn, no complicated or awkward learning curve...
