Samsung CN-5039V--dead

I open the case and found two resistors burnt R804,R803 (10 ohms both).
So. there maybe a short somewhere.So , i checked HIS0169C (HC801) and
SMR40000 (IC801) but they seemed ok. What else can be short?
Any ideas? Thanks.
