Sample and hold circuit using 741 Op-amp

How can i make sample and hold circuit using 741 Op-amp? I am trying to make this circuit for my college project but facing some problem.

Help me in which process i complete the project?

You might consider looking at the Nacional Semconductor datasheets for lf11331 or lf356.

The 741 is probably not the best selection for an S&H circuit due its comparatively high input current. Consider using a (C)MOS OpAmp or a JFET OpAmp, as John Monks suggested.

In any case you'll need an analog switch (CMOS), too, to decouple the signal from the S&H circuit during the hold phase.
