retrieve bs2 code

Q

Quack

Hi,

I have written a very complex program into a BS2e (basic stamp chip),
which is now operating in a demo/prototype circuit. It took days to
program and debug to perfection, and now (i blame the STUPID parallax
windows editor :) ) i have accidentally overwritten the source !! :(

I know its unlikely, but does anyone know of a way to
download/retrieve my program from the chip itself ? it would probably
not be readable basic anymore, but maybe there would then be some kind
of utility to convert it back into its original state ?

I have tried various undelete utilities to try and recover the lost
source, but i would have been better off deleting it in the first
place than overwriting it.

Oh well, looks like i'll have to do it again - i guess it never takes
as long the second time around :).

Thanks,

Alex.
