Resistance + LED works on breakboard not on stripboard?

Like the title says why?
Here are some pictures if it helps
I tried removing them from the breakboard to the stripboard like 3 times.I tried soldering all the cables even with the batteries cable.I tried without soldering.I tried putting the battery leads directly on the coppertrack. It refuses to work in the stripboard why?

You need to cut the traces on the stripboard where no connection is wanted. When you solder the leads of a component onto the same strip - as it looks you did - you short circuit the component by the copper track.

wait have a hard time understanding it.
On the breakboard there is a line where electricity conduct isnt it the same on a stripboard?

Your first picture, not very sharp unfortunately, shows 4 solder blobs aka 4 component wires all on the same copper trace. Therefore the wires are all shorted by the trace.
Your second image isn't very helpful as it neither shows the orientation of the traces nor how the external wires are connected. Plus we do not know the schematic of the circuit. Do you want to connect an LED with a series resistor?

On the second, topside image with the components, you need to indicate which direction the copper strips are going underneath.

For example, no matter which way the strips are running, the top end of the resistor does not contact anything else on the board except its own other end.

It looks to me like you have an LED, a resistor, and two wires, with all leads connected together.
