Replacement Transformer needed

Hi,

I have an inverter board for an LCD monitor (Viewsonic VG151) and i need to find a replacement for the transformer.

The transformer has the following characteristics (visually):
1) Surface mount
2) 6 leads on one side and 2 leads on the other.
3) Marking on transformer is "0037LI03G"

If you search mouser or digikey the only transformers i see have 5 leads on one side and 2 on the other.

Can anyone help?
