RCA 60 inch TV Big screen 239111 Replacement Bad focus ???

RCA 60 inch TV Big screen
Using the 239111 Flyback, replaced HOT as well
I have bought a replacemnt from ASTI and its
not focusing to well, kinda blooming a bit too.
Ive Put this same part from ASTI into other models like this
and had no problems.
Was going to send it back
but ive spoke to a few other tech's who are wrestling
with the same problem.
Seems to wierd that 3 or so other guys ahving same problems
would be a bad part,
Has anyone heard of this symptom and can offer a tip?

Never used a replacement for the IHVT
the RCA 239111 is so cheap best get
the real thing and try it .
