i recently got a used RCA colortrac 21 inch TV since my 36 inch blew up and i have been having a problem. it's annoying to be watching a movie and unable to see anything in a dark scene. or playing a game and impossible to do so because of the darkness. i also noticed on a particular color (red or orange) the color bleeds to the right. i have the brightness all the way up and still sort of dark. maybe it has something to do with the picture tube?
anyone have any idea what's wrong and the cost to repair it?
I'm familiar with repairing all sorts of electronical items, i just never messed with a TV before because the high risk of high voltage shock.
